Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old
- Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and flipping of 75-to-85-pound pallets.
Nice To Haves
- Basic tool knowledge is a plus
Responsibilities
- Inspect and separate pallets into different grades and place them in the appropriate area ready to be picked up by the forklift in a manner that meets Terzo Enterprises standards for safety, security, and productivity, in addition to adhering to the quality criteria.
- Manually inspect pallets and determine the level of repair needed.
- Work as part of a 2-person team to lift pallets, visually inspect, and place them in the appropriate stack for the next step in the process.
- Ensure proper inspection and separation of pallets while achieving company expectations.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
- Restock building supplies, clean the pallet repair area, and perform other duties as required at the end of the shift.
- Comply with all safety procedures at all times while performing job duties using Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).
- Inspect pallets at a rate that meets company and safety standards in a safe and secure manner.
