About The Position

Terzo Enterprises is a logistics company specializing in the repair, refurbishment, and re-manufacturing of pallets. This role involves inspecting and separating pallets into different grades and placing them in the appropriate area, ensuring adherence to safety, security, productivity, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and flipping of 75-to-85-pound pallets.

Nice To Haves

• Basic tool knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and separate pallets into different grades.
• Place pallets in the appropriate area for forklift pickup.
• Adhere to Terzo Enterprises standards for safety, security, and productivity.
• Meet quality criteria for pallet inspection and separation.
• Comply with all safety procedures and use Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).
• Inspect pallets at a rate that meets company and safety standards.
• Manually inspect pallets and determine the level of repair needed.
• Work as part of a 2-person team to lift, visually inspect, and stack pallets.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
• Restock building supplies at the end of the shift.
• Clean the pallet repair area at the end of the shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Potentially work overtime, weekends, or rotating shifts.
