Join us and be part of our success! This position is responsible for hand portioning product to customer specifications using a knife to cut boneless raw products into customer specified piece sizes. The role requires the ability to manually manipulate chicken breasts and tenders into a position to maximize yield, climb stairs, and work in a cold/wet environment (45 degrees Fahrenheit, 4 degrees Celsius). The employee must be able to stand for an 8-hour shift and will be exposed to noise (>85 decibels), CO2, and moving equipment. This is a safety-sensitive position.
