This position is responsible for hand portioning product to customer specifications by using a knife to cut boneless raw products into customer specified piece sizes. The role requires the ability to manually manipulate chicken breasts and tenders into a position to maximize yield. The job involves climbing stairs and working in a cold/wet environment (45 degrees Fahrenheit, 4 degrees Celsius). The employee will stand for an 8-hour shift and be exposed to noise (>85 decibels), CO2, and moving equipment. This is a safety sensitive position. Bachoco USA reserves the right to conduct background screenings for positions deemed necessary and in accordance with applicable laws.
