About The Position

The HALO Tulsa Volunteer provides one-on-one positive, nurturing interactions with a foster or adopted child during organized HALO night events. The volunteer serves as a behavioral role model and provides a secure base for the child to learn, explore, create, and heal through sensory-rich activities that promote secure attachment. Volunteers may participate in one 10-week cohort or several cohorts during the year. This is an unpaid volunteer position.
