About The Position

Greencroft Goshen is seeking a warm, dependable Hairstylist to provide salon services for residents. The role offers the opportunity to help residents feel confident, cared for, and connected while building meaningful relationships. The stylist may create their own schedule based on residents’ needs.

The Hairstylist provides haircuts, styling, perms, and other salon services for men and women; creates a welcoming experience by listening and responding to residents’ needs; and manages the beauty shop’s daily operations, including appointments, service records, payments, supplies, and inventory. The position also maintains a clean, sanitized, well-organized salon in compliance with state and federal requirements.

Requirements

• Current Indiana cosmetologist license.
• Up-to-date haircutting, styling, and perming skills.
• Warm, respectful communication and strong listening skills.
• Ability to process sales transactions, collect payments, and maintain inventory.
• A genuine desire to serve older adults with kindness, patience, and dignity.
