Hair Stylist
About The Position
Bosley HairClub is seeking a Hair Stylist to provide personalized hair services and build meaningful, long-term client relationships. The role offers an established clientele, private styling rooms, specialized paid training, and opportunities to grow through the Stylist Leveling Program and ongoing training. Stylists earn $19–$24 per hour plus uncapped styling, retail, and additional-solution commissions; average total earnings are approximately $60,000 annually, with top performers earning $80,000 or more before gratuities. Gratuities provide additional earning potential. The standard schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, with the company closed Sunday and Monday; flexible options may be available depending on location. Requirements
- Current active cosmetology license valid in the state where the stylist works.
- Strong cutting, coloring, consultation, and communication skills.
- A client-first mindset and confidence recommending products and solutions.
- Strong relationship-building and time-management skills.
- Professionalism, flexibility, and a desire to keep learning.
Responsibilities
- Provide cutting, coloring, styling, and hair-care services tailored to each client.
- Consult with clients to understand their goals and educate them on hair care, products, and Bosley HairClub solutions.
- Recommend products and services based on individual client needs.
- Build trusted, long-term client relationships and deliver an exceptional experience at every visit.
- Manage appointments effectively while maintaining a professional, welcoming environment.
