About The Position

Bosley HairClub is seeking a Hair Stylist to provide personalized hair services and build meaningful, long-term client relationships. Stylists work one-on-one with clients in private styling rooms and serve an established client base. The role offers paid specialized training in HairClub solutions, products, and techniques, as well as continued development through the Stylist Leveling Program and ongoing training. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, with Sunday and Monday closed; flexible options may be available depending on location. Starting pay is $19–$24 per hour, plus uncapped styling and retail commissions and commissions on additional HairClub solutions. Average total earnings are approximately $60,000 annually, with top performers earning $80,000 or more before gratuities. Gratuities offer an additional earning opportunity. Requirements

Hold a current, active cosmetology license valid in the state where the stylist will work.
Have strong cutting, coloring, consultation, and communication skills.
Bring a client-first mindset and confidence recommending products and solutions.
Have strong relationship-building and time-management skills.
Demonstrate professionalism, flexibility, and a desire to keep learning.

Responsibilities

Provide cutting, coloring, styling, and hair-care services tailored to each client.
Consult with clients to understand their goals and educate them about hair care, products, and HairClub solutions.
Recommend products and services based on individual client needs.
Build trusted, long-term client relationships and deliver an exceptional experience at every visit.
Manage appointments effectively while maintaining a professional, welcoming environment.
