Hair Stylist
About The Position
Join a locally owned Great Clips salon team as a stylist or barber, providing haircuts and excellent customer service in a team-oriented environment. Salons provide a steady flow of customers, so stylists do not need to self-market or bring their own clientele. The work focuses on haircutting; salons do not offer color services. Stylists earn an effective $25–$40 per hour, including guaranteed hourly wage, tips, bonuses, and incentives. Benefit availability may vary by location. New industry professionals can receive support from an in-house trainer to learn the cutting system.
Requirements
- Valid Cosmetology or Barber License; licensing requirements vary by state or province.
