About The Position
HK Salon Group is hiring Hair Stylists at its Supercuts salons. Stylists work in a positive environment and stay current on trends in cuts, color, and styles. The salon provides steady walk-in clientele, and stylists can work on haircuts and color services. The company offers ongoing education at no cost, with stylists paid to attend, as well as opportunities for career advancement. Cosmetology students may be eligible to begin working on the salon floor after completing 500 hours, where they can perform shampoos and blow-dry services and attend the Hair Stylist Academy. This opportunity is valid only in Massachusetts and requires approval from the student's cosmetology program.
Requirements
- Valid cosmetology license in the state where applying to work.

Responsibilities
- Consult with guests to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate hairstyles and products.
- Shampoo, cut, color, and style hair.
- Provide guests with product knowledge and at-home hair-care tips.
- Follow salon safety and cleanliness standards.
