Requirements

• Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations.
• Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable using technology and performing basic administrative tasks, including closing out the salon system when required.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Good eyesight to observe a guest’s hair, including close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Standing, moving, lifting, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive movements throughout the workday.
• Comfortable occasionally lifting 10–25 lbs.
• Comfortable working around salon products, fragrances, and chemicals.
