About The Position

The Gymnastics Instructor introduces children ages 4 months through 12 years to education and play in The Little Gym’s learning environment. Instructors teach gymnastics-based Parent/Child, Pre-K, and Grade School classes using the company’s curriculum and teaching method, which the company provides training on. They create a warm, fun, educational, clean, safe, and nurturing environment that supports children’s confidence, skills, and development. The role also provides outstanding customer service and a positive membership experience for children and their parents.

Requirements

Enjoy having fun, being active, and playing with children.
Have a service-oriented approach and enjoy making others feel good.
Be able to engage positively with both children and their parents.
Maintain a positive mood while also knowing when to focus and work.

Nice To Haves

Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics.

Responsibilities
