About The Position

The Gymnastics Instructor introduces children to education and play in The Little Gym’s learning environment. Instructors teach classes using the company’s curriculum and teaching method, provide outstanding customer service and membership experiences, and create a warm, fun, and educational setting for children. Classes are taught in a clean, fun, safe, and nurturing environment that encourages children to develop at their own pace. The role involves being active and moving throughout the workday, building relationships with children and their parents, and supporting children’s growth, confidence, and development.

Requirements

• Enjoy having fun, being active, and playing with children.
• Have a service-oriented approach and enjoy making others feel good.
• Build positive relationships with children and their parents.
• Be able to balance having fun with getting work done.

Nice To Haves

• A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics.
