About The Position

The Little Gym at Maple Valley is seeking a fun, outgoing, and talented individual to join their team as a Gymnastics Coach. This role involves introducing children to education and play in a unique learning environment, teaching classes based on a proven curriculum, and providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will create a warm, fun, and educational environment for children, treating each class and child with individual attention. The Little Gym is a premier enrichment and physical development center for children aged 4 months to 12 years, focusing on building confidence and skills through movement-based learning and imaginative play. Instructors nurture happy, confident kids through various programs including parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance, camps, and birthday parties. The company is part of a global team dedicated to child development, with associated locations independently owned and operated by franchisees. This specific role is with Somersault Operating, a franchisee with multiple locations and plans for expansion.

Requirements

Love having fun, like giving high 5’s, and can play like a child!

Responsibilities

Introduce kids to the serious fun of education and play, all within The Little Gym's unique learning environment.
Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for the Children in each class.
Treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day – EVERY WEEK!
