About The Position

The Little Gym of Puyallup is seeking a fun, outgoing, and talented individual to join their team as a Gymnastics Coach. This role involves teaching children aged 4 months to 12 years in a unique learning environment that focuses on physical development and imaginative play. The coach will introduce children to the fun of education and play, teach classes based on a proven curriculum, and provide outstanding customer service. The company emphasizes creating a warm, fun, and educational environment, treating each class and child with special attention. The Little Gym is a global leader in children's enrichment and physical development, with programs designed to build confidence and skills through movement-based learning. This specific location is owned and operated by a franchisee, Somersault Operating, which has multiple locations and plans for expansion.

Requirements

Love having fun, like giving high 5’s, and can play like a child!

A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics helps as well.

Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for the children in each class.
Treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day – EVERY WEEK!
