About The Position

The Little Gym of Issaquah is seeking a fun, outgoing, and talented individual to join their team as a Gymnastics Coach. This role involves introducing children to education and play within The Little Gym's unique learning environment. The coach will teach classes based on a proven curriculum and teaching method, provide outstanding customer service, and create a warm, fun, and educational environment for children. The Little Gym is a premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months to 12 years, focusing on building confidence and skills through movement-based learning and imaginative play. The company has been nurturing happy, confident kids for over 40 years through various programs including parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance, camps, and birthday parties. The franchise owner, Somersault Operating, operates 30 locations across 8 states and is looking to expand.

Requirements

Love having fun, like giving high 5’s, and can play like a child!
Live to serve! Making others feel good makes you feel good.
Kids really like you, but their parents really like you too.
You were voted most likely to be in a good mood by your high school classmates.
Love to have fun, but you know when to buckle down and do work.

Nice To Haves

A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics helps as well

Responsibilities

Introduce kids to the serious fun of education and play, all within The Little Gym's unique learning environment.
Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for the Children in each class.
Treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day – EVERY WEEK!
