About The Position

The Little Gym of Stevens Creek is seeking a fun, outgoing, and talented individual to join their team as a Gymnastics Coach. This role involves teaching children aged 4 months to 12 years in a unique learning environment that uses movement-based learning and imaginative play to build confidence and skills. The coach will introduce children to the "serious fun" of education and play, teach classes based on a proven curriculum, and provide outstanding customer service to members, treating them like family. The position offers the opportunity to make a difference in the community while having a blast in a fun-filled environment.

Requirements

Love having fun, like giving high 5’s, and can play like a child!
Live to serve! Making others feel good makes you feel good.

Responsibilities

Introduce kids to the serious fun of education and play within The Little Gym's unique learning environment.
Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for the children in each class.
Treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day – EVERY WEEK!
