About The Position

The Gymnastics Coach introduces children to educational play in The Little Gym’s learning environment, teaching classes based on its curriculum and teaching method. The role provides excellent customer service and membership experiences while creating a warm, fun, and educational environment for children. Coaches treat every class and child as if it were their first day, each week. The Little Gym is an enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Its movement-based learning and imaginative play programs support children’s confidence and development. Classes and activities include parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance, camps, Parents’ Survival Nights, skill clinics, and birthday parties. Training is provided for the role.

Requirements

Enjoy having fun, being active, and playing with children.
Have a service-oriented attitude and enjoy making others feel good.
Be able to build positive relationships with children and their parents.
Know when to have fun and when to focus on work.

Nice To Haves

A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics.
