About The Position
Premier Charter School is currently searching for a confident and experienced Substitute Teacher to join our team. If you are a friendly and competent professional with interest in education, then we’re interested in you! This role is on an as-needed basis. We do try to give our guest teachers the hours they need (from 1-5 days per week), but cannot always guarantee it as it is based on need.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of effective teaching practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Must have, or be able to attain, a Missouri Substitute Certificate.
- Available to work from 7:45 am - 3:45 pm on assigned days.
- Authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.

- Experience as a substitute teacher.
Responsibilities
- Provide instruction and classroom management in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Ensure a comfortable, safe, and meaningful learning experience for students.
- Follow lesson plans and school policies as directed.

- Incentive Program - earn up to $1,000 in addition to your daily rate
- 15 days worked - $100 bonus
- 30 days worked - $200 bonus
- 45 days worked - $300 bonus
- 60 days worked - $400 bonus
