About The Position

The Inn at Willow Grove is hiring a part-time Guest Services team member to assist with overnight audit as part of its Front Desk and Concierge team. The role supports front desk, concierge, and reservation operations while providing attentive, customized guest service. The schedule is 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays at minimum, with the potential for additional concierge hours. Pay is $16.00–$20.00 per hour, plus potential tips.

Requirements

Service-oriented and enjoys working with the public.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Self-motivated and able to perform duties without supervision.
Strong organizational skills.
Reliable, able to multitask, and able to work well under pressure.
Able to lift 50 to 70 pounds and remain active for extended periods.
Strong communication skills.

Previous customer service experience.
Potential availability for concierge hours in addition to overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day front desk, concierge, and reservation operations.
Communicate with guests and provide focused, customized service, anticipating their needs.
Deliver, assist with, and set up room service trays.
Complete nightly reports and tasks, including running and understanding reports such as the trial balance.
Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and requests.
Assist the housekeeping department with nightly chores as needed.
Understand operating procedures for electrical and electronic equipment in guest rooms.
Serve guests calmly, discreetly, courteously, and in accordance with timing standards.
Hold natural and spontaneous conversations with guests.
