About The Position
Love the mountains and enjoy helping people? Join the Guest Services team at Mt. Hood Meadows and be the friendly face that helps create memorable experiences for every guest who visits the resort. As a Guest Services Team Member, you'll welcome guests, answer questions, sell lift tickets, passes, lessons, rentals, and other resort products, and help ensure every interaction is positive, efficient, and informative. Whether you're assisting a first-time skier, helping a family plan their day, or providing solutions when plans change, you'll play an essential role in delivering the exceptional guest experience Mt. Hood Meadows is known for. This is a dynamic, fast-paced position that combines customer service, technology, teamwork, and problem-solving in a fun mountain environment. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in an active workplace, and want to be part of a team that helps guests create unforgettable days on the mountain, we'd love to hear from you. This is a full-time, seasonal position.
Requirements
- Comfortable communicating and working with in-person guests
- Comfortable using computers and other technology including point-of-sale systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Minimum Age 16
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business
Nice To Haves
- Previous guest service experience
- Prior experience operating a point-of-sale
