About The Position

Blo Blow Dry Bar Morristown is seeking a Guest Services superstar to be the face of their salon. This role involves bringing energy, organization, and a luxury client experience to every shift. The ideal candidate will love beauty, fashion, and making people feel amazing. At Blo Blow Dry Bar, the focus is on confidence, community, and helping guests feel their best by creating experiences, not just doing hair. The position is for a Franchisee-owned and operated location.

Requirements

• Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality
• Strong communication + customer service skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for hair, beauty, and trends
• Comfortable with sales + hitting goals (products + memberships)
• Weekend and flexible availability is a must

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming, and elevated experience for every guest
• Manage bookings, check-ins, and daily salon flow
• Support stylists to keep services running seamlessly
• Promote and sell retail products, add-ons, and memberships (Mane Squeeze)
• Handle calls, texts, and DMs with professionalism and personality
• Keep the salon looking clean, polished, and on-brand at all times
