Ability to be constantly engaged in a variety of physical activities.
Endurance to keep up the pace in a high-volume working environment.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist players with check-in and reservations, ensuring they have all the info they need to get started and enjoy their Topgolf experience to the fullest.
Provide detailed information about the venue, gameplay, and current promotions, helping players make the most of their visit and enhancing their overall experience.
Assist with golf clubs and equipment, ensuring players have the right gear to improve their game and have a great time.
Keep the venue clean, organized, and inviting, from tidying up the retail area to offering players helpful guidance and recommendations.
Provide a safe and fun environment for all who come to play by sticking to safety and sanitation standards, keeping the guest services area clean, safe, and compliant.
