This role ensures all guests receive a warm, professional, and respectful experience while visiting the facility. Responsibilities of this role include routing incoming calls, registering and directing visitors, assisting with wayfinding, supporting resident transportation logistics, and facilitating communication between guests and staff. The Guest Services Representative may assist with deliveries, maintaining accurate information resources, and providing guidance to internal and external guests in other ways.
