About The Position

The Guest Service Representative (GSR) provides a value-added experience to Resort guests throughout the property and is responsible for the Coat Check and Players Club. The role includes data entry, assisting with internal and external promotions executed by the Marketing Department, and helping in the retail outlet. The GSR creates a positive, informative, and fun atmosphere while helping develop loyalty among patrons and associates. The position promotes and maintains integrity and a high standard of guest service and respect for guests and fellow associates.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Dynamic and outgoing personality.
• Self-motivated.
• Organized.
• Good English communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Check guest coats in a secure, methodical manner.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of events, activities, and attractions at the Resort.
• Greet guests as they enter and exit the Resort.
• Participate in executing Resort promotions.
• Assist guests with Resort inquiries.
• Enter guest information into the database.
• Help in the retail outlet.
• Look out for the safety of yourself and co-workers and follow workplace Health and Safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
