About The Position

The REMI Scottsdale is looking for guest service superstars to join their PBX team as Guest Services Phone Operators. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests reaching out by telephone. Your friendly voice and efficient service will help maintain the highest standards of service. Part-time and full-time positions are available. Hotels are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The shifts are generally 7-3 or 3-11, but mid shifts will be scheduled based on business needs.

Requirements

Previous guest service experience is required.
Strong computer skills.
Comfort level with mobile apps.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to remain calm and alert especially during emergency situations and heavy hotel activity.

Nice To Haves

Hotel experience is highly preferred.
A friendly and professional demeanor is important.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls from guests, both external and in-house.
Communicate guest needs to the appropriate department and follow up to ensure that requests have been handled.
Take room service orders.
Field guest complaints, conducting thorough research to develop the most effective solutions and negotiate results.
Listen and extend assistance in order to resolve problems such as price conflicts, insufficient heating or air conditioning, etc.
