About The Position
Penn's Peak is seeking Guest Services Personnel who have a passion for music and entertainment and enjoy working with the public. The role involves greeting and providing assistance to customers upon entry and during events held at the venue, with other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Excellent Customer Relations Skills
- Ability to portray a friendly and professional demeanor / appearance at all times
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while standing on foot for long periods of time
- Flexible schedule to include working nights, weekends and some holidays
- Reliable transportation
