About The Position

Penn's Peak is seeking Guest Services Personnel to greet and provide assistance to customers upon entry and during events held at the venue. The ideal candidate will have a passion for music and entertainment and enjoy working with the public. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent Customer Relations Skills
• Ability to portray a friendly and professional demeanor / appearance at all times
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment while standing on foot for long periods of time
• Flexible schedule to include working nights, weekends and some holidays
• Reliable transportation
