About The Position

The Guest Services Liaison provides concierge service and a high level of customer service to patients, families, visitors, and the community. The role assists with wayfinding, provides general information about the facility and surrounding area, responds to special requests, and helps coordinate services and support. The liaison works with other departments and staff to support visitor access and create a positive, safe, and welcoming experience.

This role is part of the opening team for the new Scottsdale Health Center, anticipated to launch in early 2027. Selected candidates will train at Banner Arcadia Medical Center in Phoenix until the new facility opens. The schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with an eight-hour shift between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent working knowledge.
• Ability to handle ongoing face-to-face contact with patients, guests, and staff.
• Excellent oral communication and listening skills to interact pleasantly and calmly with patients, guests, and staff.

Nice To Haves

• Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
• Established knowledge and experience are sought for the opening team.

Responsibilities

• Meet, greet, and assist patients and guests; provide general information about facility services and the surrounding area.
• Respond to special requests and make arrangements to meet unique needs, including assisting with transportation or other services.
• Gather and provide information about the facility, nearby amenities, and local establishments.
• Coordinate patient needs with other departments and contact appropriate staff or departments to resolve requests.
• Coordinate access to care delivery areas, conduct visitor authorization procedures, liaise between visitors and staff, relay visitor concerns, and coordinate visitor support services.
• Answer and transfer phone calls, take messages, and relay messages and information.
• Provide facility tours and escort customers to appropriate areas.
• Perform daily duties within established policies and parameters, with minimal supervision, and assist with patient and guest inquiries.
