About The Position

Maintain the Glenwood Hot Springs Lodge buildings in an attractive and safe manner. Provide banquet services for guests and assist with guest requests and needs. The role is identified in the job description as Lead House Person and reports to the Lodge Housekeeping Supervisor, Lodge Manager, and Assistant Lodge Manager. The position has the support and authority necessary to perform its responsibilities and other tasks assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor and Lodge Management. Requirements

Adequate physical agility to perform normal cleaning and banquet setup activities, including climbing ladders, kneeling, reaching, lifting, bending, twisting, stooping, and using hand tools and power tools.
Ability to push, pull, carry, and lift 45 pounds.
Current and valid Colorado driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing and follow verbal or written instructions in English.
Adequate computer skills to perform necessary department computer tasks.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
One or two years’ experience in housekeeping or customer service preferred.
Additional maintenance experience can positively affect job level.
