About The Position

Torreon Golf Club in Show Low, Arizona, is hiring a full-time, seasonal Guest Services Lead. The role manages cart staging, bag drop operations, practice facility presentation, and the overall flow of play. The Lead sets the tone for the club’s service culture by leading by example and providing direction, training, and support to Guest Services Attendants. The position will last six months or less.

The ideal candidate demonstrates leadership, reliability, proactive problem-solving, excellent communication, and attention to detail. They must manage multiple moving parts during busy tee times and events, foster a positive, team-first culture, and help ensure members feel welcomed and valued.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily outside service operations.
• Ensure carts are cleaned, prepared, and staged to club standards.
• Oversee bag handling and storage with care and professionalism.
• Maintain the driving range, short game areas, and practice facilities.
• Monitor pace-of-play support and first-tee organization.
• Serve as a communication bridge between the golf shop and outside staff.
• Assist with tournament setup, signage placement, and special-event preparation.
• Train and mentor outside service staff on service standards and procedures.
• Keep the bag drop, cart barn, and staging areas clean and organized.
