Requirements

  • Working toward a degree in business, hospitality management, or a related field.
  • Passion for hospitality and providing excellent guest service.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.
  • Reliable transportation to the property.
  • Open availability required, prepared to work various shifts (e.g., 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, weekdays, weekends, and holidays).

Nice To Haves

  • Some experience working in a hotel, food and beverage, or customer service preferred.

  • Provide support to guest service leaders and the entire hotel team.
