About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is looking for a Full-Time Guest Services Attendant who shares our passion for excellent service and is willing to learn from and contribute to our team. This role involves providing excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Excellent communication skills and command of the English language are essential. This position may require standing outside for the majority of the shift and requires the ability to lift at least 60lbs. The ideal candidate will also have a warm welcoming smile, a positive attitude and be knowledgeable about the local area. A valid Ontario Class-G Driver's Licence is mandatory.

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years previous experience in a Guest Services role in a fast-paced Hotel operation.
• Exceptional communication skills and command of English language.
• Additional language.
• Currently enrolled in or completed a Post Secondary Education in Hospitality or related field.
