Esplanade Rivergrass, located in Naples, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Guest Services Attendant! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. • Ability to handle bag handling and club cleaning
• Ability to educate players regarding the game
• Ability to direct the start of play
• Ability to maintain accurate records of golfers renting clubs
• Ability to service customers renting golf clubs
• Ability to clean rental clubs upon return
• Ability to assist with food and beverage activities
• Ability to incorporate safe work practices
• Ability to clean and maintain golf car fleet

Responsibilities

• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
• Assists in educating players regarding the game.
• Directs start of play when necessary.
• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
• Assists with food and beverage activities.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Cleaning and maintaining golf car fleet.
• Performs other duties as required.
