The Guest Services Attendant is responsible for assisting all guests they come in contact with on the front drive. This role involves efficiently retrieving vehicles, assisting guests with their luggage, and fulfilling other requests as needed. The attendant will also be responsible for delivering guests to their rooms, handling luggage, messages, and any other items for delivery within the hotel. A key aspect of this role is to consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service, ensuring the timely and efficient transfer of luggage to and from guest rooms. The attendant will also ensure guests are familiar with their room upon arrival, including temperature control. A presence in the lobby is maintained when not delivering luggage, offering assistance to guests. This person will ensure all guests arriving by vehicle on the front drive or departing from the main building are assisted, and that all areas of responsibility are kept neat and clean. A basic knowledge of resort activities is required, which will be outlined in daily pre-shift briefings.
