The Guest Service Attendant is responsible for assisting all guests they come in contact with on the front drive. This role involves efficiently retrieving vehicles, assisting guests with their luggage, and fulfilling other requests as needed. The attendant will also be responsible for delivering guests to their rooms, handling luggage, messages, and any other items for delivery within the hotel. A key aspect of this role is to consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service, ensuring the timely and efficient transfer of luggage to and from guest rooms. The attendant will also ensure guests are familiar with their room upon arrival, including temperature control. When not delivering luggage, the attendant will maintain a presence in the lobby, offering assistance to guests. This individual will also assist with luggage for arriving and departing guests and ensure all guests arriving or departing by vehicle on the front drive or from the main building are assisted. Maintaining neat and clean areas of responsibility is also crucial. A basic knowledge of resort activities is required, with details provided in daily pre-shift briefings.
