About The Position

Travel + Leisure Co. is hiring a Guest Services Associate for WorldMark Kingstown Reef Resort in Orlando, Florida. This full-time role pays $17 per hour and includes full benefits. The associate welcomes guests and provides hospitality throughout their stay, from registration through checkout. The position also involves sharing information about the resort and nearby attractions, quoting room rates, and confirming reservations.

Requirements

• Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash-handling procedures.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide warm, friendly service.
• Guide guests through registration, issue unit keys, and provide information about the resort and area attractions.
• Process cash and credit card transactions according to established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts, perform bucket checks, and handle other cashiering and money-handling responsibilities.
• Complete checkout procedures and verify that guest folios reflect the correct charges and credits.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups.
• Provide room rate quotes.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns as quickly and completely as possible.
