About The Position

Bolt Farm Treehouse is a luxury treehouse resort on 55 acres of bluff in the mountains outside Chattanooga. Its mission is to help guests strengthen relationships and reconnect with what matters most. The resort describes its operations as AI-first and focuses on how guests feel. The Guest Services Associate is the first and last face guests see during their stay. The role combines guest arrivals and departures, golf-cart fleet preparation, deliveries, and property support. Associates greet guests, assist with luggage, escort them to their villas, provide villa and golf-cart orientations, and help ensure safe cart use. They also wash, charge, detail, and stage carts, including for after-hours arrivals. On lighter days, they make guest deliveries and assist around the property. The position requires working outdoors in all seasons, including evenings, weekends, Sundays, holidays, and the resort’s busiest cart-preparation days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The company provides a funded 90-day ramp to help associates become fluent with its technology and offers a performance-based path from T1 to T2 to Player Coach.
