About The Position

Bring your excellent customer service skills to UW Health and set a positive tone for an outstanding guest experience. We are seeking a Guest Services Ambassador to engage with patients and visitors as they enter the hospital with energy and enthusiasm. This role involves completing health screening questions with patients and visitors or directing them to area-specific health screening workflows. The Ambassador will ensure the smooth flow of patients and visitors at all designated entrances of UW Health locations, navigating them throughout the facility. Additionally, they will ensure supplies are stocked and keep the entrance area neat and organized. The work schedule is 100% FTE, day/evening shift, Monday through Friday from 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM. From 5:00 PM to 9:30 PM, the role supports the Emergency Department, assisting with patient and visitor flow. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Requirements

• No minimum education required.
