About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic Guest Services Ambassador to deliver exceptional reception and concierge experiences at one of JLL's most exciting client offices in Washington, DC. In this role, you will be at the heart of creating memorable first impressions for employees, business clients, community members, and interview candidates. You will anticipate guest needs, provide warm welcomes, and ensure seamless experiences that reflect JLL's commitment to world-class service excellence. This position is critical to maintaining our reputation for extraordinary guest services and contributing to a productive, welcoming workplace environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service-related experience
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (local language proficiency required)
  • Strong multitasking abilities while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional demeanor with demonstrated responsiveness and customer service excellence
  • Proficiency in information technology tools and platforms
  • Flexibility to manage shifting priorities and high guest volume with a positive attitude
  • Ability to perform minimal physical activities such as carrying small packages
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in hospitality, reception, or concierge services
  • Knowledge of facilities management or corporate office environments
  • Experience with visitor management systems or building access platforms
  • Proven track record of creating elevated guest experiences
  • Passion for anticipating needs and exceeding expectations

Responsibilities

  • Enthusiastically welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and assist with arrival, office orientation, and departure throughout the day
  • Create memorable experiences through warm, proactive engagement and exceptional customer service
  • Track all visitors including vendors, visiting employees, and guests using established systems
  • Manage parking and vehicle logs, coordinate security access cards for employees and vendors
  • Welcome event guests, print visitor badges, and support on-boarding/off-boarding processes
  • Manage incoming and outgoing courier services, packages, and mail as required
  • Collaborate with team members to identify trends and develop best practices that enhance guest experiences
