About The Position

Work Schedule : This is a full-time, 100% FTE position. Scheduled hours are Monday through Friday, 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM. From 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM, you will work in the Emergency Department. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Guest Services Ambassador to: Engage with patients and visitors as they enter the hospital with energy and enthusiasm. Complete health screening questions with patients and visitors or direct them to area-specific health screening workflows. Ensure the smooth flow of patients and visitors at all designated entrances of UW Health locations navigating them throughout the facility. Ensure supplies are stocked and keep the entrance area neat and organized.

Requirements

Customer service experience
administrative support
retail, or related experience
