About The Position

Sandpiper Hospitality (SH) is seeking a Part-Time Guest Services Ambassador (GSA) to join their team. This role is ideal for someone seeking a supplementary position, as it involves working only one day a week. The GSA will serve as the primary point of contact at the hotel's front desk, managing all operations to ensure guests have an exceptional stay. There is also an opportunity for cross-training in Housekeeping to enhance versatility.

  • Ability to coordinate front desk operations (check-ins, move-outs, renewals, reservations, property tours, sales events).
  • Ability to handle operational needs efficiently and accurately.
  • Ability to ensure safety of the building and occupants.
  • Ability to respond effectively in times of emergency.
  • Ability to inspect studios and public spaces daily according to company and brand standards.
  • Ability to execute the lead management process.
  • Ability to review Studio Inventory daily to maximize studio revenue.
  • Ability to maintain effective sales of ancillary offerings to maximize overall revenue.
  • Ability to perform Laundry Duties (sorting, washing, drying, and folding company linen and terry, plus general cleaning of facilities).
  • Willingness to cross-train on the duties of all non-management staff members, including Housekeeping.
