Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a front-line customer service environment
  • Has a positive attitude with a passion for delivering the highest level of customer service
  • Ability to process all guest check-ins and check-outs
  • Answer and accurately record guest calls, requests, and questions

Nice To Haves

  • Has previous guest experience / front Desk experience is a strong asset

Responsibilities

  • Create a positive guest experience by providing courteous and professional service to guests who are checking in or out of the facility while offering exceptional service to guest during their stay.
  • Processing all guest check-ins, check-outs, and requests and secure payment for all guestrooms and amenities.
  • Securing payment for all guestrooms and amenities and process all payment types, vouchers, paid-outs, charges, and provide change.
  • Communicating guests’ needs to all appropriate departments.
  • Coordinating with Housekeeping to track room status and guest concerns.
  • Running and checking daily reports, contingency lists, and credit card authorization reports.
  • Answering, recording, and processing all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns; follow up to ensure each has been met to guests' satisfaction.
