About The Position
At Nothing Bundt Cakes, Guest Service Representatives—called Joy Creators—welcome guests, create a joyful atmosphere, and help make bakery visits special. They help guests choose and order cakes for celebrations and ensure orders are completed smoothly. The role focuses on creating a warm, generous, and welcoming experience in the local community. The bakery offers flexible work schedules, closes early so employees can enjoy their evenings, and maintains a casual dress environment. Employees receive training in cake crafting and career development. The position is open to students and does not require applicants to be 18. Cake discounts are offered. Bakery team members are described as embodying a Servant’s Heart, the Spirit of a Champion, and the ability to make Genuine Connections. At franchised locations, employees are employed by the franchise owner/operator rather than Nothing Bundt Cakes Corporate.
