Guest Service Representative
About The Position
At Nothing Bundt Cakes, Guest Service Representatives, also called Joy Creators, welcome guests and help make bakery visits joyful and memorable. They help guests choose and order cakes for celebrations and ensure orders are completed smoothly. The role includes creating a welcoming, generous, and happy atmosphere in the bakery and bringing joy to the local community. The bakery offers flexible work schedules, closes early so employees can enjoy their evenings, and keeps the dress style casual. Employees receive training in cake crafting and career development. Students may apply, and applicants do not have to be 18 years old. The stated compensation is $12.00–$13.00 per hour.
