About The Position
Tangerine Salon is seeking a superstar to join their front desk team as a Director of First Impressions, Salon Vibe Curator, and Multi-Tasking Magic Maker. This role involves greeting guests warmly, sharing information about Aveda products and salon services, managing check-ins and check-outs using a Point of Sale system, pre-booking appointments, maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the front desk and salon, supporting the team, and balancing cash drawers and daily reports.
Requirements
- Ability to hold conversations with anyone.
- Skilled in multitasking.
- Comfortable using Apple software.
- Ability to be on your feet and move around.
- Must be available some evenings (2:30 PM - 8:30 PM) and Saturdays.

Responsibilities
- Greet every guest warmly.
- Share information about Aveda products and Tangerine services.
- Check guests in and out using the Point of Sale system.
- Pre-book guests for future appointments.

- Assist in keeping operations running smoothly.
- Balance cash drawers and prepare daily reports.
