About The Position
The Guest Service Agent processes guest check-ins and check-outs, secures payment, verifies and adjusts billing, and assists guests with reservations and requests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner. The role follows high quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction, anticipates guest needs, exceeds expectations, and implements creative solutions to provide exceptional service while complying with brand standards.
