About The Position

The Guest Room Attendant supports general resort operations by cleaning resort units and maintaining resort quality standards. Duties include cleaning sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms; following housekeeping detail standards; and cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies. The role also includes making beds, replenishing supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries, and sorting, counting, folding, marking, or carrying linens. The attendant maintains positive relationships with customers and associates, responds appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns, and resolves guest issues to improve the guest experience.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean resort units, including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms.
