We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Guest Room Attendants to join our growing housekeeping team in Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island. Every day, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our luxury vacation rental homes are impeccably clean, beautifully presented, and ready to exceed our guests' expectations. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of housekeeping experience in a hotel, resort, vacation rental, or similar
- Dependable, punctual, and positive attitude
- Comfortable using mobile devices or tablets to receive assignments
- Can prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Available to work weekends and holidays, as these are our busiest times
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean guest rooms, suites, and vacation rental homes to company standards
- Make beds with precision and replace all linens and towels
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and bedrooms
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish all surfaces
- Replenish guest amenities, toiletries, coffee supplies, and linens
- Inspect rooms to ensure every detail meets quality standards before guest arrival
- Report maintenance concerns, lost-and-found items, and safety hazards promptly
- Follow all cleanliness, safety, and sanitation procedures
- Work efficiently as part of a team while maintaining high productivity and quality standards
- Other necessary duties as reasonably assigned
