About The Position

The Guest Relations Specialist plays a vital role in delivering a seamless and personalized guest experience, serving as a key point of contact throughout the guest journey. This position blends Front Desk and Concierge responsibilities to anticipate needs, resolve inquiries, and create memorable moments. The role requires strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a passion for service excellence. Success in this role comes from building relationships and delivering intuitive, luxury-level service at every interaction. The Guest Relations Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional service by supporting both Front Desk and Concierge operations. This role ensures a smooth arrival, stay, and departure experience for guests while delivering personalized recommendations and assistance. This position is part of the Front Office team, reporting to Front Office Management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Previous Front Office experience (Front Desk and/or Concierge) preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone
  • Fluency in English required
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in systems and guest interactions
  • Ability to learn and operate multiple computer systems
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of local restaurants, attractions, and experiences preferred
  • Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional guest service by managing check-in, check-out, and in-house guest requests
  • Provide concierge-style assistance, including restaurant, transportation, and local activity recommendations
  • Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate guest profiles and input information into property systems
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Maintain knowledge of local attractions, dining, and experiences to enhance guest stays
  • Support lobby presence and provide assistance throughout the hotel as needed
  • Ensure all interactions reflect Four Seasons standards of professionalism and courtesy
  • Work collaboratively with team members across departments
